We are getting things ready to leave in 5 days so a lot to do. Last week we installed a new fuel polishing system made by ESI Fuel management http://www.fuelmanagement.com/fuel_polishing.htm.
What this does is to clean and de-water the fuel to 2 micron, so it is exceptionally clean. Seabright holds 2000 gal of diesel and it is easy to accumulate water through condensation and it can sit there and grow microbial bug in the water diesel interface that can clog filters and at worst shut your engines down.
In the past week All of the oil for both engines transmissions and gen set have been changed as well as the fule filters both primary and secondary...whew the hard part was lugging teh new and old oil to the boat.
